John English
Born in Springfield, Illinois, John English grew up in the Chicago area. As a teen and young adult, John was frequently troubled and unable to thrive. Permeable and overly sensitive, John remembers feeling that his awareness of the world seemed vastly different from his peers. Looking back, John recently remarked, “I always cared deeply for people. My past and programming told me that this kind of caring was not a safe and effective way to operate in life. Consequently I took everything personally and wound up becoming an addict and chronic alcoholic.”
In 1986, John discovered that the strength of his concern for his wife, children and mother outweighed the power of his addictions. Embarking upon a new life sourced in sobriety and spirituality, John understood that he had an ability to see and perceive things on a very deep level. This ability is often referred to as the shaman’s, or warrior’s, way of seeing. Eventually John fully embraced his gift. As John says, “When someone speaks with me, my mind shuts off, while a movie begins showing me what they are talking about. While the movie is playing I am completely empathic, and then I hear how to solve their current challenge. As I continued to study, becoming a healer seemed like a natural progression in my life.”
English is the founder and chairman of DreamTime, LLC, a company whose mission is to assist others to make positive shifts in their lives and to live in the power of their spirit. John is an international speaker, shamanic healer, and a successful entrepreneur. He writes about a variety of holistic subjects; meditation, energy healing, shamanism, and the medicine wheel. Today, his colleagues describe him as an incredibly wise and kind man. John thanks everyone who has touched his life and acknowledges them all as his mentors. Still married to his high school sweetheart of 27 years, he has three children, and lives in the Phoenix, Arizona, area.
John is the founder of www.NoSpiritLeftBehind.com, an educational subscription website with an ever-expanding library of over 60 videos. John shares the secrets of working with energy and how to achieve real life spiritual growth as you tap into the innate wisdom that exists within you. You learn at your own pace and at your own convenience on your own computer.
John is also the founder and host of Dreamtime Radio (www.dreamtimeonline.com) and The Emerging Paradigm Internet Radio Show. The intention at DreamTime Radio is to join like-minded people across the globe in a web of power and hope by using the creative practice of dreaming the world into being.
