Certified yoga instructor ( Yoga Alliance- 500 hrs)
I teach many forms of yoga including Healthy Backs, Deep Stretch, Flow, Power, Prenatal and Post Natal. I give workshops and retreats nationally and abroad.

I also have 35 years of dance and movement training including Arizona State University and the School of Ballet Arizona. My latest endeavor is hanging upside down on the trapeze!

Personal History:
A commitment to heal myself from chronic neck and back pain from a car accident resulted in my discovering yoga and becoming a yoga instructor. I have created the dvd Back in Shape to help others heal back pain. I also have produced other two dvd’s Prenatal Yoga with Mimi Solaire and Flexible Forever which will be released this summer 2008.
